What are your terms of sale?

For most projects we do not require a down payment in order to complete your order. However, where orders exceed $300 we request a 50% deposit of total estimated order to begin work on your project.

Balances are due within 30 days of invoice.

How long will my order take?

How many pieces are in your order will determine the amount of time to complete it. Generally, orders with 50 or less pieces can be completed within 2-3 days. If you have an urgent need and require something "right away" then we can work with you to see if next day service is possible. All orders will be quoted and given a completion date at that time.

What is the status of my order?

Our office will be in contact with you regarding your online order within 24 hours of receiving the order. At that time a completion date and quote will be given. You may Contact Us anytime to check the status of a pending order.

Do you deliver?

Absolutely! All orders are delivered in the Springfield area at no additional charge. Items requiring shipping will be charged a shipping fee based on shipping charges assessed to World Class Designs.

Do you take credit cards or purchase orders?

At this time we are able to accept credit card payments for online orders only. Purchase orders or cash/check/money order payments are accepted by calling our office to place your order.
